I launched my private chef business in 2025 to do what I love most —cook great food and share it with people. I get to create memorable meals, meet incredible clients, and turn dinner into something more: connection, celebration, and joy.
Chef Peter Sieracki
Originally from Reno, Nevada, Chef Peter Sieracki built his career in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City such as L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Café Gray, and Oceana. After returning west, he led the AAA Four Diamond-rated High Steaks Steakhouse before serving as Executive Chef at Bourbon Pub in Northstar from Winter 2022 through Summer 2024.
Now based in the Reno–Tahoe region, Chef Peter brings his fine dining background to private events that celebrate connection, creativity, and exceptional flavor. His cuisine is guided by seasonality and the belief that food should bring people together—whether through an elegant plated dinner or a relaxed mountain gathering. When not in the kitchen, Peter is also a certified ski instructor, embracing the same focus and grace on the slopes that define his approach to cooking and hospitality.
