  • Pete is amazing! He is a terrific chef and fun, down to earth guy. Nine of us rented a home 3-nights. Pete was at the house right on time and brought groceries, drinks, a cooler, and some chef’s tools. He got right to work and made some of the most delicious foods I’ve ever tasted. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for days. Everything was fantastic, every time.

  • Stop looking. Hire Pete. Fantastic cook who can adapt to your preferences. We had him stay as our in-house chef for a full weekend while in Truckee with a group of 12. He had appetizers, to-go lunches, snacks, homemade bread and cookies, dinners. AND, he cleaned up everything. Pete Didn’t mind occassionally reaching over his shoulder to grab a bite.   • We had the absolute pleasure of having Peter as our private chef for a low-key New Year’s Eve dinner, and it was such a memorable experience. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful, relaxed, and incredibly well done. The four-course meal was outstanding. The winter squash soup was especially memorable—rich, comforting, and surprisingly interesting, with little bits of apple that added the perfect balance and texture. It was one of those dishes that makes you pause and really enjoy each bite. The New York steak was cooked beautifully and full of flavor, and the finale completely stole the show. The chocolate tart with candied orange and pistachio was absolutely amazing—elegant, not overly sweet, and the perfect way to end the night. Beyond the food, Peter brought a calm, professional presence that made the evening feel special without ever feeling formal or forced. It was exactly what we hoped for to ring in the New Year at home. We’d happily work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an elevated, intimate dining experience.

  • We hired chef Peter for my birthday dinner in Tahoe. Chef Peter worked with me on a menu catered specifically to me and my group. He’s flexible and pays attention to detail. He was timely, and an expert chef. We all wished the meal would never end. He tried a new dessert just because it was my favorite. Chef Peter made my birthday trip in Tahoe so much better and stress free!! We didn’t have to cook or clean and we had leftovers for the next day! Thank you again!!! We will be back for more !!

Pete was flexible as I changed the date and the number of guests, and he refunded me for the decreased number. He prepared everything, and cleaned all the dishes before he left. A personal chef is great for a large group, you don't have to pile everyone into a car, get to a crowded restaurant, wait for your food. This you kick back, watch bowl games, make drinks, it was awesome.

  • Chef Peter was fantastic and the experience exceeded our expectations. He arrived fully prepared, and the food was beautifully done and delicious. The setup was thoughtful and lovely—buffet-style, family-style, with the menu framed and fresh flowers arranged beside it. The open-kitchen feel made it warm and fun. He was incredibly accommodating. The night before, I asked if he could possibly bring caviar, and the next morning he confirmed he could and even suggested pairing it with the jammy eggs, which worked perfectly. Afterward, he cleaned everything thoroughly and packed all leftovers into containers he brought, placing them neatly in the fridge. We enjoyed them later that day and the next morning. Everyone loved the pancakes, potatoes, eggs—everything. Chef Peter is professional, talented, and a joy to have. Highly recommend.
